Anthropological research · The Caribbean

Research that connects policy with the people it affects.

We help international organisations and governments understand migration, climate mobility and cultural heritage, with evidence developed alongside local communities and ready to inform decisions.

Who we are

Decision-makers need reliable evidence. Communities need to be heard. Our work serves both.

Simon Global Consultancy was founded in 2020 by anthropologist Tiarra Simon. We work with international organisations, governments, academic institutions and local communities. Our research teams bring together community researchers, local knowledge holders and people with lived experience, so that findings are both rigorous and grounded in local reality.

Our approach

Three pillars, one purpose

  1. Research

Fieldwork conducted with community collaborators, in which local knowledge is central to the findings.

  2. Narrative change

Clear analysis that improves how migration and related issues are understood, discussed and decided.

  3. Partnerships

Bringing communities, governments and universities together to develop solutions jointly.
