Approach

Our work is structured around three interconnected pillars that advance the rights and dignity of communities throughout the Caribbean region and globally. Each pillar delivers evidence-based research that informs policy and drives transformative change.

  • Conducting fieldwork alongside community collaborators to challenge extractive practices, center local knowledge, and drive policy change at global, regional, and national levels.

  • Disrupting dominant narratives through storytelling and sharp analysis that amplifies marginalized voices, dismantles misconceptions, and reframes (migration) discourses to influence public opinion and policy.

  • Connecting communities, organizations, governments, and academia to co-create solutions, collaborating with universities and students to inject fresh perspectives, empower emerging leaders, and strengthen local capabilities for lasting impact.
