Our approach
Our work is structured around three interconnected pillars that advance the rights and dignity of communities throughout the Caribbean region and globally. Each pillar delivers evidence-based research that informs policy and drives transformative change.
01
Research
Conducting fieldwork alongside community collaborators to challenge extractive practices, center local knowledge, and drive policy change at global, regional, and national levels.
02
Narrative change
Disrupting dominant narratives through storytelling and sharp analysis that amplifies marginalized voices, dismantles misconceptions, and reframes (migration) discourses to influence public opinion and policy.
03
Partnerships
Connecting communities, organizations, governments, and academia to co-create solutions—collaborating with universities and students to inject fresh perspectives, empower emerging leaders, and strengthen local capabilities for lasting impact.
